Well, for starters... the whole rat thing? Specific to Nikki, apparently. She described it as the result of being challenged and tapping into one's subconscious, as apparently that's what tends to happen in this house.
Not too sure. It didn't sound like Peach fully understood it either—at least, she didn't know why Nikki or why it led to her attacking Haruka. I plan on contacting the others too.
But I also asked about what happened to Haruka and Nikki's souls.
When you do, you should ask for some clarification. If we can understand what it means for Nikki to have been challenged, we might have a better chance of stopping it next time.
Mm... it's hard to say. Peach didn't think they were truly dead—in the sense of whether or not their souls were beyond return—but that coming back wouldn't necessarily be easy, either.
Well, I'd say it's too early to make any judgment calls... though I wouldn't be surprised if that ties into the very reason we're here.
At the very least, I wonder about this Master Blue's motives. Peach wasn't allowed to say much on the matter, but she did admit that people aren't usually happy with his events, at the same time she suspects that he's hoping for a different outcome with this one.
If that's the case, then why bother doing it again? Why change the rules at all? How could we possibly be happy when they demand that someone has to die each week?
[ agni doesn't have answers, and she knows it. but somehow it doesn't stop her from throwing these questions at him like these things are all his fault, instead of master blue's. ]
[ she always worries - no one knows that better than he does. when the stakes are so high, when innocent lives are at risk, brilith hates inaction, and yet somehow that’s always what she’s best for. it doesn’t look like that will be changing anytime soon. ]
...I’ll try.
[ it’s the most she can promise. in the meantime… maybe she’ll focus on learning more about first aid. it’s the only thing that brilith can think of trying to keep herself from feeling so helpless. ]

What did she say?

I don't understand. Does that mean it's like dream tracking?

Will they be alright?

So there's still hope for them, it sounds like.

Is that okay, though? Maybe you're right and this place isn't like home, but... you heard that broadcast.
